Tovino Thomas tests negative for Covid-19, asks fans to stay safe

Malayalam actor Tovino Thomas has tested negative for the novel coronavirus. Sharing the news with his fans on social media, the actor asked everyone to take extra care.

On April 22, Malayalam actor Tovino Thomas, who has also dabbled in Tamil films, took to social media to inform his fans that he has tested negative for the novel coronavirus. On April 15, the actor announced that he had tested positive for Covid-19 and was in isolation. Though he was asymptomatic, he was in home quarantine for the past few days. After he tested Covid-19 positive, his friends and peers Dulquer Salmaan and Dhanush sent him get well soon wishes on social media. Sharing the news that he has tested negative for Covid-19, Tovino Thomas took to Instagram and wrote, “And..I’ve tested NEGATIVE. Thanks for all the love and support. I’m doing absolutely fine now, but again, I consider myself lucky to be doing fine post Covid. That’s not the case for all. So please, please take extra care and stay safe (sic).”
