Now, that it's Smriti Irani's birthday, Mouni couldn't help but write a note for her. Mouni has shared a photo of Smriti Irani on Instagram and penned a heartfelt birthday message. She wrote, "My dearest Smriti di, This is my most favourite story about you to tell; more than a decade and a half back, fresh out of university I had joined the cast of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, unnerved wondering how you may be." The note continues, "I was amazed beyond belief; unlike most of them, how kind you were to me (you didn't have to be), how sharp and intelligent you were, spoke 7 languages, your outstanding vocabulary, your flare for reading (still have to return your books from 17 years ago), a beautiful nerd, everything that you blew my mind and heart."

As if listing out these praises weren't enough, Mouni Roy went on to add, "I wanted to be like you then, I wish to be like you now; I love you and I pray God always bless you with the best life has to offer making sure you spend your time with those who love and appreciate you the most. Happy Birthday."

Smriti Irani has also posted a photo of herself on her birthday. She posed with a smile and wrote, "Ready to embrace a bright new day." The post has gained the attention of many celebrities.
