TMC MPs to meet President Kovind over Solicitor General-Suvendu Adhikari 'meeting'

TMC MPs Sukhendu Sekhar Roy and Mahua Moitra will meet President Ram Nath Kovind on Monday over the purported meeting between BJP MLA Suvendu Adhikari and Solicitor General Tushar Mehta. This comes even as both Mehta and Adhikari clarified they did not meet each other in Delhi.

A delegation of MPs from the Trinamool Congress (TMC) will meet President Ram Nath Kovind on Monday to register the party's reservation over the purported meeting between BJP's Nandigram MLA Suvendu Adhikari and Solicitor General of India Tushar Mehta. "Will meet President on Monday and inform him over Tushar Mehta and Suvendu Adhikari meeting," said TMC's Rajya Sabha MP Sukhendu Sekhar Roy, who along with party's Lok Sabha MP Mahua Moitra will meet the President.
