Three shot dead on Long Island in possible home invasion: police sources

Three people were shot dead in an apparent home invasion on Long Island on Friday, police sources said.

The bloodshed occurred midday at a house on Overlook Drive in Farmingville in Suffolk County, sources said, adding the violence may be drug-related. Suffolk County Police did not immediately provide any information on the shooting. A spokesman said information would be released later Friday.
