Three kids were washed away at Nettukuppam Beach in Ennore near Chennai on Sunday, January 30. Fire department personnel have recovered the bodies of two children, and a search is going on for the third.
Three kids, Alex (12), Rudra (13) and Vicky (10) went with David’s father to the beach along with some of their relative’s kids. In total, seven children went to the beach.
While they were playing in the water, strong currents began to pull the children inside. David immediately rushed to the water and saved four of the kids. Nearby fishermen tried to help him find the three missing kids, but that was in vain.
