Three accused in singer-politician Sidhu Moose Wala's murder are in police custody. Read who they are and what are the charges against them?

With the help of Uttarakhand Police, the Punjab Police arrested an accused in singer-politician Sidhu Moose Wala’s murder. The accused named Manpreet had allegedly provided two vehicles -- Bolero and Corolla, to the attackers. The accused is purported to have a criminal background.

Accused Manpreet Singh, a known drug dealer, was produced before the court on Tuesday and was sent to five days in police custody. He has nine criminal cases registered against him in Faridkot, Muktsar and other districts. He had been arrested in the past for arms related crimes, attempt to murder, rioting, and unlawful gathering,

While two other accused, Manpreet Singh and Sharad, who were lodged in Bathinda and Ferozepur jails, respectively, were taken on a 5-day production warrant.

Both are sharp shooters and active members of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. They are suspected to have provided the vehicles used in Moose Wala's murder to the shooters.

The two accused, Manpreet and Sharad, were alleged to have been in constant contact with Goldie Brar virtually.

A total of six shooters were involved in the murder of Moose Wala. A conspiracy to kill Moose Wala was hatched from inside the Tihar Jail and some jails in Punjab.
