Havilah Heger Wiley and her husband Stephen decided to adopt a desi stray dog that had been rescued by Dharamsala Animal Rescue. They waited for several months and also went through a lot of formalities and paperwork before the adoption. The poor pup was hit by a car and injured her leg and tail. Her tail had to be amputated. However, the couple were absolutely ecstatic after the pooch’s arrival into their lives. In the now-viral video, they can be seen eagerly waiting for the dog that they named Indy at the airport. After being brought in its carrier, Indy can be seen sniffing her new family members.
