Third suspect wanted in relation to a Sudbury armed robbery, two in custody

The Greater Sudbury Police Service (GSPS) is searching for a third person wanted in connection to an armed robbery at a Bruce Avenue home in September.
On Friday afternoon, police identified 39-year-old Andre Martel was identified as the third suspect in an incident that happened just before 1 a.m. on Sept. 16.
Martel is described as a five-foot 9-inch tall, 180-pound white male with hands heavily covered in tattoos, police said in a news release.
“There is no known immediate threat to public safety,” said police.
“This was a targeted attack as the individuals are known to each other.”
Anyone with information about Martel’s whereabouts is asked to call GSPS at 705-675-9171 or Crime Stoppers at 705-222-8477.
Two other men from Sudbury, a 29-year-old and a 42-year-old, have already been arrested in connection with the robbery.
