Internet thinks this Shang-Chi scene is copied from Ranveer Singh's Bajirao Mastani. A post on Reddit showing frame by frame comparison of the scenes from both the movies has prompted a discussion on social media.
Time and again we have seen Bollywood or rather Indian films taking inspiration from Hollywood movies. Be it the script or sometimes the scenes, moviemakers have always had the urge to derive inspiration from their foreign counterparts. However, what if we told you that a scene from the 2015 blockbuster film Bajirao Mastani could have acted as an inspiration for a Marvel movie, what would be your reaction? Well, the internet claims that Marvel film Shang-Chi And The Legend of The Ten Rings could have copied a scene from Ranveer Singh’s Bajirao Mastani and a video has since gone viral on social media.
The now-viral video posted on Reddit shows frame by frame comparison of the scenes from both the movies.
Shang-Chi And The Legend of The Ten Rings is Marvel's first movie with a Chinese-American superhero which released in 2021. It managed to garner $400 million worldwide.
“Recently found this .... this scene from Shang Chi was exact replica of Bajirao Mastani ??? Thoughts (sic),” the caption for the Reddit post reads.

The video was posted on Reddit on Tuesday and since being shared it has garnered several votes and comments. “This is a blatant copy but yet no one would have issues since it's HW taking from BW (sic),” a user wrote. “They took revenge for all the scenes we copied (sic),” another user quipped.
