Gary Kirsten has declared his interest his interest in coaching England's struggling Test side following their shambolic outing Down Under in the ongoing Ashes against Australia.

Losing against the arch-rivals is always a hard pill to swallow, but the way England were blanked 3-0 against Australia in one of their biggest Test encounters, The Ashes was arguably a new low.

A nine-wicket loss at Brisbane was followed by a hefty 275-run defeat at Adelaide before England's ultimate capitulation, a rout by an innings and 14 runs, at Melbourne concluded their meek surrender of the urn. Clearly, some things need to change in the England Test set-up.
