Shashi Tharoor recently finished Salman Rushdie's latest novel, "Victory City", which is based around the medieval city of Hampi.

Mr Tharoor recently finished the Mumbai-born author's latest novel, "Victory City", which is based around the medieval city of Hampi, the ruined site in Karnataka of the Vijayanagara empire.
