In a tweet on Wednesday afternoon, soon after Jitin Prasada joined BJP in Delhi, Chhattisgarh Congress quipped, “Jitin Prasada ji ka Congress party chhodne ke liye dhanyavaad (Thank you Jitin Prasada for quitting Congress)”. Jitin Prasada met Union Home Minister Amit Shah at his residence before joining the BJP at the party headquarters after months of rift with the senior Congress leadership.
