The Thane police have busted a gang of four robbers who would pose as political party workers and attend political rallies only to make away with cash and valuables belonging to other people.

The Thane Police's crime branch in Maharashtra has busted a gang of robbers whose modus operandi consisted of posing as political party workers, attending political rallies and robbing people there of their mobile phones, wallets and other valuables.
