Thames Valley District School Board selects two new trustees

Two new trustees have been selected by the Thames Valley District School Board.
Laura Gonzalez and Sherri Moore have been appointed to fill the vacancies created by the resignations of Joyce Bennett and Jake Skinner.
Gonzalez's experience include serving as the president of the Thames Valley Council of Home and School Associations.
Moore is a member of TVDSB's Special Education Advisory Committee and works at Western University's Schulich Dentistry school as an administrative coordinator.
They were selected from a pool of 17 applicants and will continue in their roles until Nov. 2022.
The new trustees both represent wards 7, 8, 9, 10 and 13.
Bennett resigned in October after a 33 year tenure. Skinner stepped down earlier this month.
