Erick Aguirre, 29, is accused of leaving a dinner date to fatally shoot a fake parking lot attendant, then reportedly resuming the date.
During a court hearing on Thursday, Aguirre’s bond was set at $200,000. His attorney, Brent Mayr, declined to comment.
