I am the youngest of three sons raised by a single mother. I felt my father’s absence since elementary school.
Acting now means investing time with your children, even when it’s inconvenient. It means coming to terms with the mother of your children and making the decision to get along for the sake of the children. It means calling your children and apologizing for the times you’ve been absent. It means setting aside your pride and doing what’s right for the next generation.
Your children are hurting. I know from personal experience.
