The opposition BJP and Congress in Telangana hit out at the ruling TRS for not scheduling the governor’s address ahead of the Budget session in the Assembly. BJP leaders alleged that CM KCR was engaging in ‘petty politics’.
As the Budget session begins in the Telangana assembly today, the opposition BJP and Congress have hit out against the ruling TRS for not scheduling the Governor’s address.
According to the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) party, the Governor's address was not required, as the budget session is a continuation of the previous session, which was not discontinued.
However, the governor’s office statement said that if the Assembly session occurs after five months, it will be considered as a new session. The Opposition BJP and Congress have strongly condemned the decision and alleged that the TRS government was showing a ‘disrespectful attitude’ towards the constitutional guardian of the state.
TRS is celebrating Women's Day at a grand scale. But @telanganacmo KCR has no respect for women.
