NY Post
A trio of teen suspects on scooters made a grab for cell phones from three victims in an Upper Manhattan spree last month, cops said Friday.
Surveillance video released by police shows two of the suspects riding on the sidewalk around 7:05 a.m. July 15, coming up behind a 51-year-old man and unsuccessfully trying to snatch his cell phone. Police said the incident happened on Broadway in the 26th Precinct, which covers part of the Upper West Side, Morningside Heights and Manhattanville, though the exact location was unclear.More Related News
