Teen abandons newborn with customer at Jersey City restaurant

A 14-year-old abandoned a newborn at a Jersey City restaurant — claiming she’d just found the little girl, a report says.

Surveillance video, obtained by ABC 7 New York, shows the teen walk into El Patron Wednesday afternoon and hand the baby to a customer. She then tells a worker she just found the infant girl before running off.
