TDP to file PIL petition against conduction of Andhra Pradesh Class 10, Inter Exams 2021

The TDP is set to file a PIL against the conduction of the Andhra Pradesh Class 10 and Inter exams amid the current Covid-19 situation in the country.

The opposition Telugu Desam Party (TDP) in Andhra Pradesh has decided to approach the court and file a PIL petition against the conduction of the scheduled examination of class 10th and 12th amid the current Covid-19 surge across the state. Party General Secretary and MLC Nara Lokesh on Monday announced that TDP would file a PIL seeking immediate postponement or cancellation of the 10th class and intermediate examinations as a way to protect the students from the Covid-19 infections. The decision to file a PIL against the conduction of the Andhra Pradesh board exams 2021 was taken after taking the opinion of students, parents, and advocates who took part in the 'digital town hall' meeting organised by the party.
