Taylor Swift’s alleged stalker David Crowe arrested again after dumpster diving outside her NYC apartment — just minutes after being released without bail

The Seattle man arrested twice in three days for stalking Taylor Swift found himself back in cuffs Wednesday after he again returned to the mega-star’s apartment just moments after a Manhattan judge cut him loose on supervised release, The Post has learned.
The NYPD re-arrested David Crowe, 33, after the creepy lurker was spotted rummaging through a dumpster across the street from Swift’s Tribeca home Wednesday afternoon, police sources told The Post.
Exclusive photos show Crowe peering into the dumpster from multiple angles shortly after prosecutors revealed he staked out Swift’s apartment 30 times over the past two months.
“I just saw him digging through this dumpster, taking out some blankets and then he just went and sat down on the loading dock a few doors down [from Swift’s apartment],” a neighbor said.
The neighbor, who didn’t wish to be identified, said she saw Rowe over the weekend — when he was first detained Saturday night for lurking around Swift’s door, and released without charges.
Crowe was arrested again Monday night outside the mega-pop star’s home on stalking and harassment charges — which are not bail-eligible, so prosecutors requested the highest possible tier and level of supervised release at his arraignment Wednesday.
