Anish, a 22-year-old student in Tamil Nadu's Karur district, was taken to an isolated location and assaulted by a group of goons with sticks for stealing a bike. They repeatedly hit him, telling him to confess, but he denied the allegation. Anish’s father has filed a complaint with the police.
A shocking video of a youth being mercilessly beaten up by a gang in Tamil Nadu’s Karur has gone viral. Anish, a 22-year-old boy working in a private firm, was contacted by two men claiming that they needed to speak to him about a stolen bike.
He was then forcefully taken to a secluded location in Veerarakkiyam in Karur district. Then, a group of ten men surrounded Anish and began brutally assaulting him and telling him to confess to stealing a bike.

One of the perpetrators even recorded the horrifying incident. In the video, the group can be seen attacking Anish with sticks, slapping him and kicking him repeatedly.
Anish, even after being beaten brutally, didn’t confess and he pleaded with the gang to take him to a police station over and over again.
Anish, who was beaten black-and-blue, was then left near his home by the gang. Following this, Amish’s father filed a complaint with Mayanur Police. Further investigation is underway.
