A 15-year-old boy in the Erode district of Tamil Nadu has filed a police complaint against his mother alleging he and his younger brother could be killed in a human sacrifice ritual. In his complaint, the child alleged that they were tortured by the accused for not obeying their orders at home. The two children feared for their lives and escaped to their grandparents' place. They subsequently approached the police.
