Tamil Nadu civic body adds 1,000 beds at Chennai Trade Centre to fight Covid-19

According to sources, 30 doctors and 90 nurses would be working at the facility to treat Covid-19 patients. During the first wave, the CTC had emerged as a crucial Covid care centre (CCC) in Chennai. Looking at the number of rising cases, the state government has added oxygen beds for critical patients.
