Tamil actor Vivekh dies at 59 in Chennai

Tamil actor Vivekh passed away at around 4.45 am today (April 17) at a private hospital in Chennai. He suffered a massive cardiac arrest on April 16.

Popular Tamil actor Vivekh breathed his last at around 4.45 am today (April 17) at a private hospital in Chennai. According to wish, his mortal remains have been brought to his home in Virugambakkam in the city. He was 59 years old. The actor suffered a massive heart attack on April 16 and was rushed to the hospital. He was given first-aid and was later put on ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) support. Dr Raju Sivasami, who treated Vivekh at the hospital, said that his health began to deteriorate at around 2 am on April 17. He further added that Vivekh suffered a massive heart attack on April 16, and it took more than 45 minutes to resuscitate him. Sivasami said that Vivekh succumbed to his condition.
