The Taliban have arrested Maulvi Mohammad Sardar Zadran, the former head of the National Council of Religious Scholars of Afghanistan

The Taliban have confirmed that they have arrested Maulvi Mohammad Sardar Zadran, the former head of the National Council of Religious Scholars of Afghanistan. They have also released a photo of Maulvi Mohammad Sardar Zadran in which he is blindfolded.
