"The Congress's problem is it has never thought beyond its dynasty," PM Narendra Modi said in Parliament
In a searing attack on the Congress and the Gandhis in parliament, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said "talent is the first casualty of dynastic politics" and listed how the country would have been better off without the Congress in power.
"The Congress's problem is it has never thought beyond its dynasty. The biggest threat to democracy are dynastic parties. And when a family becomes paramount then the first casualty is talent," PM Modi said in parliament.
"People say if there was no Congress, what would have happened. They are stuck India is Indira, Indira is India," the PM said, referring to former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
