To enhance the Ramadan experience, guests of Banana Island Resort Doha will be able to take pleasure in a special stay offer with exceptional room rates from 7th April 7 until 1st May 2022. This includes accommodation in a room or suite (subject to availability), Iftar for two at the prominent Azraq restaurant, and Suhour at the renowned Al Nahham restaurant. The competitive price of this Ramadan Island Escape is also inclusive of roundtrip luxury boat transfers.  During Iftar, guests may choose indoor seats at Azraq restaurant, or stay outdoors in a mesmerizing atmosphere with elaborate decorations complete with live entertainment. There is a dedicated area for prayer and a majlis tent where guests can have henna tattoo as well. An extensive number of counters and live cooking stations can be found all around the area. Guests can choose from a variety of flavourful dishes such as ouzi, shawarma, BBQ, pasta, chicken biryani, grilled shrimps, international salads, cold cuts, among others, and feel refreshed with Ramadan beverages and fresh juices, in addition to a cart of Arabic coffee, karak chai and tea options. Dinners won’t leave without trying the colourful and mouthwatering desserts, including ice cream from the cart. Iftar will be served daily from the Maghrib call to prayer until 9:30 pm. Meanwhile, Suhour at Al Nahham Restaurant will be served from 9:00 pm until 3:00 am as a family-style set menu which includes hot and cold mezze, main course of shish taouk or kabab Halabi or the famous Jordanian dish “galayet bandora”.
