"You've to work by understanding the difference between files and fields. You will not get the real feel in the files. You have to be connected to the field for the feel," PM Modi said while speaking at the Valedictory Function at Lal Bahadur Shastri Academy via video conference on Thursday.
PM Modi also said, "In this new world order, we need to increase our role."
"In coming years, you'll be managing a district or several government departments, so the target of Aatmanirbhar Bharat and modern India should always be in your mind," PM Modi said.
"...we have to take Reform, Perform, Transform to the next level. That is why today's India is moving ahead with the spirit of everyone's effort. You also have to understand... what is the power of everyone's effort and everyone's participation," PM Modi said.
PM Modi attended the Valedictory Function of the 96th Common Foundation Course at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy Of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussorie, on Thursday.
He also inaugurated the new sports complex and dedicated the revamped "Happy Valley Complex" to the nation.
