T20 World Cup: Will continue to play franchise cricket, says Dwayne Bravo after retiring from international cricket
India Today
T20 World Cup 2021; All-rounder Dwayne Bravo, who retired from international cricket after West Indies' early exit on Saturday, said he will continue to play franchise cricket as long his body allows him to do so.
Legendary West Indies all-rounder Dwayne Bravo said he felt it was the right time to retire from international cricket after their early end to T20 World Cup 2021 campaign but insisted he would want to continue playing franchise cricket for a couple more years.
Bravo, 38, played his swansong game as West Indies exited the T20 World Cup following an eight-wicket defeat against Australia. Bravo had come out of retirement in 2019 to help West Indies defend their T20 title but it could not happen as they could manage to win only one of their five Super 12 games.
