Pakistan's former Test captain Rashid Latif believes India and England seem like the most balanced teams heading into the T20 World Cup this month. The event gets underway in the UAE and Oman from October 17.

Former Pakistan Test captain Rashid Latif has tipped India and England as two favourites heading into the T20 World Cup this month.

In an interview with PTI, Latif said: “India and England appear to be the most balanced sides in the tournament, while West Indies always remain a dangerous side.”
