This will be her first time performing at the Super Bowl.
Fans of SZA are bound to have a good day on Super Bowl Sunday.
The singer will be making her Super Bowl debut with the Grammy-award winning rapper at the show’s halftime show, Apple Music, which is sponsoring the show, announced in a celebratory promotional video. In the clip, the “Good Days” singer dumps a blue sports drink on the Pulitzer Prize-winning rapper, like sports stars often do after a big win.
The announcement comes on the heels of the two artists announcing that they will be going on tour together from Apr. 19 to Jun. 18, beginning in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
As the countdown to the 2025 Grammy Awards begins, both artists are also gearing up for that show. Lamar leads the nominations with seven, while SZA is up for two.
