The man suspected of fatally shooting a 17-year-old in a road rage incident on July 6 has turned himself in to police, authorities said Monday.
"Gerald Wayne Williams has turned himself in to police with Quannell X at HPD Headquarters," the Houston PD said in a Tuesday tweet. "Chief @TroyFinner and investigators will hold a media briefing at 12:30 p.m. today." Williams is accused of shooting 17-year-old David Castro in the head as the teenager sat in the passenger seat of his father’s pickup truck while leaving an Astros game early last month.More Related News
