Sunil Gavaskar said "people should not jump to conclusions" in forming their opinions about the alleged fallout between India stalwarts Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma.
Sunil Gavaskar urged cricket fans and pundits to "not jump to conclusions" on the alleged rift between superstars Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma, after news reports of the former India ODI captain's supposed withdrawal from next month's ODI series in South Africa came to light on Tuesday morning. Virat Kohli has informed that he's not available for the ODI series & Rohit Sharma is unavailable fr d upcoming test. There is no harm in takin a break but d timing has to be better. This just substantiates speculation abt d rift. Neither wil be giving up d other form of cricket. Rumours of differences between the two leading cricketers have been doing the rounds ever since Kohli was removed as the ODI skipper and the job was handed to Rohit by the BCCI last week. This happened after Kohli decided to step down as skipper of the T20I side post the ICC T20 World Cup last month and Rohit took over.
