Sugar-coated talks won't erase Taliban's violence against Hazaras: Afghan protester
India Today
An Afghan protester in New Delhi has said holding a press conference and making promises won't whitewash the Taliban's crimes against the Hazara community.
"The public-relations wing of the Taliban is making all efforts to whitewash their crimes by holding a press conference and claiming that they will accept all the minority communities. But I guarantee you that this is a blatant lie," an Afghan national, Asadulla, belonging to the minority Hazara community told India Today explaining how the group has been attacked by the militant outfit. Since the Taliban took over Afghanistan on August 15, the Hazara community has been expressing fears of persecution.More Related News
