There is a heavy police presence in Sudbury's Flour Mill area Wednesday as officers investigate a firearm complaint inside a residential building.
As a result, King Street is closed between Morin and Kehoe avenues.
"Individuals involved believed to be contained inside unit," police said on social media at 11 a.m.
"Public asked to stay away from area."
The emergency response and canine units are at the scene and, for safety reasons, the public is asked to not live-stream officers at the scene.
Greater Sudbury Police Service spokesperson Kaitlyn Dunn told CTV News a concerned community member reported the incident and it is not known whether the two suspects inside the unit live there.
There have been no injuries, Dunn said, as the investigation continues.
