Students join inaugural of Doha Debates’ Ambassador Program

Doha: Thirteen university students in Qatar are among 36 young people from around the world who have been selected to participate in Doha Debates’ inaugural Ambassador Program. The solutions-focused initiative will empower a new generation of changemakers with the knowledge, tools, and relationships to bring positive change to their communities. Doha Debates is a production of Qatar Foundation (QF).
More than 800 young people from countries around the world applied to be part of the programme. The first cohort includes students from Qatar University and QF partner universities Georgetown University in Qatar, Northwestern University in Qatar, Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts in Qatar, and Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar.More Related News
