The Department of Meteorology Monday in its daily weather report warned of poor visibility at south at first and thundery rain at places associated with strong wind by afternoon. The weather report for Monday until 6pm said it will be dusty at south at first and will become hot, humid with haze. Offshore will be dusty at times with scattered clouds that can become partly cloudy to cloudy with chance of light rain by night, the report added. Wind inshore will be variable less than 5 knot becomes mainly northeasterly to southeasterly 05 to 15 knot reaches 35 knot at places during thundery rain. Offshore, it will be variable mainly northeasterly to southeasterly 5 to 15 knot. Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometers decreasing to 2 kilometers or less at places at times. Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet. Offshore it will be 1 to 3 feet rises to 4 feet at times.
