CBI has filed an FIR on the complaint of a person named Sugni Devi, a resident of Dhanbad, who alleged that her autorickshaw had been stolen from her on July 27, two days before Dhanbad judge Uttam Anand was mowed down by an autorickshaw.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed two separate cases of theft and suspects a stolen autorickshaw and mobile phones might have been used to kill Dhanbad Judge Uttam Anand on July 29. The federal probe agency has filed an FIR on the complaint of one Sugni Devi, a resident of Dhanbad, who alleged that her autorickshaw had been stolen on July 27.
