Speeding dumper collides with bike in Indore, two dead

Two people were killed after a speeding dumper collided with a bike on the Indore bypass on Tuesday.
Two people, including a minor boy, were killed after a speeding dumper collided with a bike on the Indore bypass near the Tejaji Nagar police station area on Tuesday.
A father-son duo was riding the bike. Father, Morsingh, died on the spot while his 12-year-old son, Aarav, was seriously injured and was rushed to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
The incident took place on Tuesday. The dumper hit the bike and dragged it for about 200 feet because of which the bike caught fire. The bike riders were thrown to the side after the collision. On receiving the information, fire department officials reached the spot and brought the fire under control. The dumper driver fled the spot.
A case was registered against the truck driver and a search is underway to arrest him.
