
Special CP Balaji Srivastava to take additional charge as Delhi Police Commissioner

Former DGP of Puducherry and Mizoram, IPS officer Balaji Srivastava will take additional charge as Commissioner of Delhi Police on Wednesday.
Delhi Police has a new commissioner - 1988 batch IPS officer Balaji Srivastava. Srivastava will take charge of the force on June 30, as per a notification issued on Tuesday. Balaji Srivastava is currently serving as special commissioner of police (vigilance) in the Delhi Police. He will succeed 1985 batch IPS officer SN Shrivastava, who is set to retire on June 30. SN Shrivastava was given the additional charge of the force in February, 2020.More Related News
