Two men have been arrested and another suspect is still at large following a Memorial Day shooting spree that occurred along a crowded beachside promenade in South Florida.
Paul and Burton have been identified by police as the shooters, along with Lionel JeanCharles Jr., who has yet to be arrested, the agency said.
