South Africa vs India 1st Test: Head coach Rahul Dravid said that players understand pretty early in the nets how different the conditions in South Africa but the visitors have trained well going into the Boxing Day Test in Centurion.
Head coach Rahul Dravid has said that India have got a good mix of experience to tackle the conditions they will come across in the three-Test series against South Africa. The first Test starts on Sunday and will be played in Centurion. Dravid, who played 11 matches in South Africa and where he scored the first of his 36 Test centuries
"It's always been a challenge because of the alien nature of the conditions. It does take time to get used to the wickets. Especially when we start here in Centurion where even on the first couple of days in the nets you realise that it is considerably different to what you are used to," said Dravid.
