Sony starts PlayStation Plus Video Pass trial run, to offer TV, movie content for the next year
India Today
Sony has announced the trial run of a Video Pass for the PlayStation Plus subscription, wherein the company will provide TV and movie content to subscribers.
Sony seems ready to bring movie and video content to PlayStation Plus. The company has initiated a trial run of the streaming service on the PS Plus accounts in Poland, offering content produced by Sony Pictures to the users. The company’s plans first came to light through a brief and seemingly accidental post on its Polish website recently. A poster of a “Video Pass” carrying the logo of PlayStation Plus was seen on the Sony website for a short window. Now removed, the poster was enough to be an affirmation that the company is working on introducing such content to its PlayStation Plus subscribers soon. Now Sony has confirmed the trial run of the service in Poland. The trial service will be active starting April 22 and can be availed by all PS Plus users in the area till the same date next year.More Related News
