A 51-year-old son of a federal judge pleaded guilty on Tuesday to secretly filming sexual encounters he had with multiple women, but might end up avoiding jail time.
The sexual encounters were consensual and took place in multiple apartments McAvoy rented on Manhattan's Upper East Side – but prosecutors say the women had no idea they were being filmed. Michael Dorgan is a writer for Fox News Digital and Fox Business.
