Justice Rohit B Deo of the Nagpur bench of Bombay High Court invoked William Shakespeare to express his disappointment with the way an accused had managed to hoodwink the system and secure bail in a case. Justice Deo noted, "The disturbing ease with which the applicant secured bail, by gross suppression, nay, chicanery is reminiscent of the words spoken by Marcellus in Hamlet ‘Something is rotten in the State of Denmark’."More Related News
