
Some P.E.I. schools delayed by one hour Wednesday after storm

Some schools in Queens and Prince counties are starting one hour later Wednesday due to road conditions following yesterday's storm.
Public Schools Branch schools in the Westisle, Three Oaks, Kensington, Kinkora, Bluefield and Charlottetown families of schools will have a one-hour delay. All other schools will start as usual.
All French-language board schools are also on a one-hour delay, except for École La-Belle-Cloche.
The plow dispatcher in Prince County said the area has some blowing snow with icy patches this morning, but visibility is good.
In Queens County, there are icy patches, but roads are passable.
In Kings county, roads are snow-covered.
