Union Minister Smriti Irani was spotted dancing with a group of traditional Manipuri artists at an event. The performance was shared on Twitter by the official profile of BJP Manipur.
In the video, Smriti Irani can be seen joining a group of dancers to perform the Shim Lam, the traditional fly dance of the Rongmei community. Smriti Irani wore a printed black saree and happily danced along with the performers during the campaigning event held at Imphal.

The video has garnered over 2,300 views and many reactions. While some appreciated the Union Minister for soaking up the rich Manipuri culture, others commented on how Smriti Irani managed to follow the steps of the traditional dance perfectly.
