Smog won't let you see Delhi's history

A thick blanket of smog covered the national capital on Saturday, hiding its rich history. 

Delhi's rich history remained hidden under a thick layer of toxic smog on Saturday morning. The iconic Jama Masjid and Red Fort were hardly visible, shrouded by the smog. With unfavourable weather conditions, the situation is not expected to improve drastically anytime soon. The air quality in the Delhi-NCR region plunged into the 'severe' category on Saturday. Noting the possible health hazards posed by the crisis, authorities have urged people to limit outdoor activities.
