Small Gujarat village shows how to do development work with proper use of tax revenue
India Today
The development of the Bhimsar village in Gujarat's Kutch district after the 2001 earthquake has made it a model of how to develop a region following a natural calamity.
A small village by the name of Bhimasar, which falls at about 18 kilometres from the Anjar town in Gujarat's Kutch district, has presented the perfect example of how a rural region can be developed by proper utilization of the tax revenue accumulated in the panchayat. The village is so beautiful that its planning management has surpassed the urban planning of most of the Indian cities. The village has many facilities which are generally found in the posh localities of the cities.More Related News
